Year 2 took their learning outdoors today to carry out some exciting fieldwork around the school grounds and up on the school field. Pupils explored the different buildings and areas, answering questions such as “What is this building used for?”, “What can you see?” and “Who uses this building?”
The children enjoyed observing their surroundings, making thoughtful observations and learning more about how different parts of the village are used every day. It was a fantastic opportunity to combine geography skills with real-world exploration!
