What a lovely way to spend a sunny afternoon!
Y1 learned how to tie simple knots in Forest School today - something that involves a lot of concentration.
Once they had tied their string to a stick they 'journeyed' around the Forest collecting interesting things to tie to their stick. It was a very calming activity and the children were pleased to take their journey sticks home.
We think they look great!
