Forest School Taster Session
Today we were delighted to welcome our new EYFS children and their grown ups for a Forest School taster session.
We started by sharing the story Not a Stick, using our imaginations to discover how an ordinary stick can become almost anything. Inspired by the story, the children then enjoyed exploring our Forest School area as they completed a nature scavenger hunt. They searched for natural treasures, observed the world around them, and began developing their curiosity, confidence, and love of the outdoors.
We were very impressed with their imagination!
It was lovely to see the children exploring with such enthusiasm and working alongside their families. We hope you all enjoyed your first taste of Forest School, and we can't wait to welcome you back for many more adventures!
